I was diagnosed as type 2 early in 2015. Put on metformin but it made me realy realy ill so after six weeks tried metformin sr instead.

This was better but still made life a misery so after about eight months I gave it up and stopped all meds. All bad symptoms went away.

Thirteen months later the doctor picked this up and tried me on another tablet. I can't recall what that was, I used it for a month.

Now on no meds again. I'm wondering if there are others like me who are just going to let diabetes take its course and accept the consequence of an early death.
