    I walk 30 to 60 minutes a day. I have begun to work out with light dumb bells. I have also taken up house work, when the weather is inclement.
    Likes:
    Walking, listening to the radio and using light weights. Cleaning and repairing the house. I enjoy classic rock and roll. I enjoy watching films, and reading current affairs in the news. I enjoy watching baseball and football.
    Dislikes:
    Raw mustard. Sauerkraut.
    I am from Long Island, New York. I have a college degree in history. I am married, and have recently retired from 40 years of working, following an accident at work that made me sedentary for a period of time, and resulted in the development of Type 2 diabetes.
