    Im on insulin (novorapid and lantus) and i asked my DSN this question. He said dont go to bed lower than 6. Ive always held to this and wake up with a BS of around 4.3-5.5. Hope this helps. Paula

    Im SO happy!!

    Got my latest results today. Hba1c was 8.2, now 6.7!!!! Total Chol was4.7, now 4.2 LDL was 2.8, now 2.2 HDL stayed at 1.1 Trig was 3.2, now 2.1 Im so happy, I just had to share it with everybody. If I can do it, so can you!! The only bad thing was I've put on 2 kilos but Im not so mobile any...

    I have adjusted insulin a lot. Lantus down from 48 to 42 so far. On Novorapid. majority of time dont need it at breakfast and tea time. Continuing to lower Lantus. This AM bg was 4.5 so had glass of juice. 2hrs later bg was 7.4. 3hrs was 5.6. Will see what it is at lunch. Thanks for your reply...
