    Mounjaro side effects

It's not just fat loss with these drugs, muscle and bone mass makes up 30%. I can see them being withdrawn in the future.

    Mounjaro side effects

Did you look into the side affects, try searching mounjaro and law suites. Side affects are serious gastroparisis and stomach paralysis, blindness. There's all sorts wrong with these drugs that inhibit GLP-1. So the bad news is starting to come out.

Health Benefits of Specific Micronutrient Combinations in Diabetes

I looked for Dr rath and scams and saw they'd had some issues. The technical side is beyond me but the vitamin C side looked worth investigating. I'm reading his book why animals don't get heart disease and they basically say that vitamins and micro nutrients are the cure for everything.

Health Benefits of Specific Micronutrient Combinations in Diabetes

Hi, I've recently found the Dr Rath research institute, the testing and data regarding vitamins and improved glucose uptake at muscle level looks extremely interesting. I wondered if anyone has any experience with this...

    Spouse in denial

Highly recommend book Rethinking Diabetes by Gary Taubes. It has all the science and technical aspects you could ask for and had a strong evidence based case for the reversing of T2.

    Dietdoctor and exercise

Yeah, the muscle mass slowly increases. I've got a set of those scales that tell you bone, muscle, water, protein etc. Plus increasing my fat and protein intake, just need to keep an eye on the levels. There's lots of information out there, I think I should be hitting 1.2 times my weight in...

    Dietdoctor and exercise

Hi, thanks for your response, I think I'll give the diet doctor a go on a 20g carbs limit. I think it's very interesting how the body functions and I'm wondering how much I'm going to need to eat to put on weight. I'm pretty thin as it is and doing the Hiit 4 times a week certainly gets plenty...

    Dietdoctor and exercise

Hi, I'm seriously cutting my carbs at the moment and wondered if anyone has any experience with the diet doctor app/website. Feel like I need a structured program and that I should be measuring my protein and fat intake. My biggest issue at the moment is random elevated blood sugars after Hiit...

    Cholesterol Level Up

Has anyone read the clot thickens by Malcolm Kendrick, he says that LDL is a completely useless value and the latest scientific research starts that LDL is not contained in arterial plaque.

    Managing exercise and insulin

I do Hiit four times a week, my blood sugar normally rises so I'm experimenting with putting a small dose in prior to starting.

    Medical Isurance

With the current state of the NHS I'm seriously considering private medical insurance. Has anyone experience with this, and who offers the best cover for a type 1 diabetic?

    New insulin pump

Ah right thanks, I'll see what the diabetes nurse comes back with and will look at the Facebook group also. Thank you.

    New insulin pump

Hi, thanks for the reply. Did you go through your diabetes nurse to get the pump and just fund the sensors and transmitters or did you fund the lot. Can the pump work without the closed loop side ie just like a normal pump. It certainly sounds like a huge benefit. Thanks

    New insulin pump

Hi, I've been on the Accucheck insight pump for 3 years now and I've got the opportunity to have a new pump. I've read about the CMG systems and have heard positive things about Dexcom. This requires part self funding. Does anyone have any recommendations or experience with Dexcom and the self...
