Morning All another 7.3 third in a row. Is my meter stuck or am I becoming more steady? It may not seem great but its an improvement on my usual run of 8s. Autumn is here but am looking forward to Spain in a couple of weeks. Take care everyone.

Hi All I have taken a break from reporting FBG this last week but its been in the usual 8 range with a couple of high 7s, today is 8.1. Review with Diabetes nurse on phone next week. Current A1c is 42 after years of 36, oh well. The newish statin might be unhelpful for BG but my cholesterel...

Morning All 8.2 yesterday was 9.1 due to snack of Marmite oatcakes early evening. I also had a scoop of ice cream which I always vowed to restrict to holidays. It seems the worse my numbers the more inclined I am to throw the towel in. Today’s another day I suppose.

Morning All 8.5 despite a chicken & avo salad for supper which caused tummy pain for hours. As @ChrisT2 says another thing (raw salad) to avoid. @SJ1812 hope you were pleased with your A1c result. Take care everyone getting hot again.
