Hello! had my latest hba1c results back and i'm down to 6.2% now. I'm only on 2 * 500mg metformin a day, but being 26 dont want to take tablets if i dont need to! I've asked the doctor if i can try 1 a day instead, and he is happy to do this. has anyone ever done this? any tips advice...
