Type 2, having changed to LCHF in May 2016 following successive rises in my HbA1C despite 2,000mg metformin and then adding 160mg gliclazide a day. My HbA1C is slowly coming down and my cholesterol dropped from 6.8 to 4.8 in three months but my weight has not gone down, though I did stop smoking in January 2016.Interact
