    Diagnosed T2 in April 2015, off meds in February 2016. Pescetarian with vegetarian tendencies!

    February 2016 - 5.0
    June 2016 - keeping my fingers crossed - a good result means off meds permanently.
    March 2018 - still off the meds! LCHF is the way to go!
