    I cannot answer your questions, but wanted to say, this was obviously something that has happened when you have been ill and would never have happened otherwise. Try not to worry, getting well again is your first priority just now, then you can deal with this.

    Just to say, Thrush is often caused by being on anti- biotics, something about them upsetting the balance of good and bad bacteria. I know every time I have a course I get it, my sympathies, it is unpleasant - I hope it clears up soon.

    I think they mean Fresh Orange Juice as it tends to be very high in sugars, your orange squash with no added sugar should be ok, like said before - just check the label :)
