Thanks I have done a little bit of digging today. I've been quoted £15-17 per month, which I feel is pretty fair for what suits my needs. I do have one dependent. So I'll research some more over the next few days
I was advised to do HIIT training. High intensity interval training. Look up tabata circuits and see if that helps. I'm currently doing it along with a balanced diet. It seems to be working for me. Hope this helps
I've just had a hypo and went to the fridge for a small can of cola. Unfortunately there was none, so I treated my hypo with some haribo sweets. What solutions do you have for hypos on here?

Good morning Jen92. To be honest my blood glucose levels have slightly improved over the past few weeks. I'm not sure if this is down to Metaformin or my new diet fitness regime? Yes I use levimir at the same ratio and also Novorapid 2.1 ratio at meal times. Hope this help[emoji5]

I was started on metaformin a few months ago and it was a complete shock as I also received a letter out of the blue. I have started taking 500mg morning and at night. I still take my insulin at the same ratio as agreed on my Dafne course
