Ive just had my first results since diagnosis in sept. Hba1c test down to 44 from 103. Cholesterol 4.4 trig down to 1, hdl 1.1, ldl down to 2.8. Ive lost 3.5 stone. Still a way to go but results i could only have dreamt about 5 months ago. Would like to thank you all for your help information...

T2 diagnosed sept on metformin and have lost 3 stone with low carbs and exercise. 4 weeks since losing any weight. I dont add fat to my diet but i dont avoid it. Anyone got any ideas how to kick start it? I would like to lose another stone Sent from the Diabetes Forum App

Its rubbish. It was working fine could dip in and out of it all the time, follow threads and keep up to speed. It really helped me when first diagnosed, this is more trouble than its worth

Im going to have to say goodbye... Its a week since my app worked and having to keep signing in this way is a headache. Its so annoying

My app wont work constantly says forum is down for maintenance. Any ideas? I miss it :(

I have lost 3 stone since being diagnosed 4 months ago and im well known for always being too warm.. Until now that is! I can never get warm and suffer from the slightest draught. I too am low carb
