I'm holidaying in Thailand in July and wondered if anyone had any experience of using a freestyle libre sensor on a plane, through airport security, or in humid Thai temperatures? It will be my first time out of Europe at 44 years old and I'm dreading it!!
Any tips?
I have generally well controlled BS and all of a sudden in the last few days feeling very thirsty. Just checked and 6.4. Any other ideas why this may be happening? Feeling dreadful
Re: Did any of you type 1s have a virus before you got diabe
Yes! I had bad flu seven years ago, loss of appetite, lethargic, felt terrible...don't think I had a rash though.. It wouldn't go away and so I went to the doctor and then I was diagnosed type 1.
Still trying to suss it all out now!
and wondered if I could pick your brains?
I have been on a continuous blood glucose monitor last week which was very interesting and it concentrated my mind to test myself 4 times a day. I have been type 1 for 7 years and have had a few problems with highs and lows....but in the main I was 5.0...
