Likewise, had to de-forum for a while, lots happening, nothing bad, just needing to focus on a few things offline. have put on 2lb since posting, no fret though, I know what to do.
All good advice
Not that this is aimed at @Annb or anyone, just carrying on the conversation.
For me it’s always the thought that is worse (extends to lots of things)
Like your taking a photo example, I too tend to find the memory isn’t bound up in the object either, it’s always in my mind...
9.5 until I had a piece of cheese which brought it back down to 5.5
highest I've seen it for ages, completely forgot my tablets yesterday though so might be why.
also haven't been as strict as I usually am on the carbs recently, but post meal readings still have been in range.
Ouch, I tend to find the looking up far better than looking down, can see how any above head work will aggravate the neck though. Hopefully the physio understands, mine gave me a telling off cause I had to move some furniture when had to have a boiler removed. Hope your appt goes well.
I don’t...
I suppose it’s due, not gloating about it, I did manage to avoid/fight off the last 4 or 5 things/coughs/colds that have passed through our house, I think my run of luck is over!
Dutch is one of those languages I feel I understand what’s being said, though I feel I couldn’t speak it (without learning of course) think maybe the grammar or structure is similar maybe to English?
Hohohoho. why, this is amazing!!!
Feeling a bit rough I think, some bug coming on for sure, bunged up nose and felt like my blood sugar was running really high for a bit, expected it to be 15 or something but had a one off check and it was 5.5 so not that.
Not 100% back on track with food...
Was far higher this morning at 6.8
going to try again a late snack in a few days as I’m sure there’s some response going on in the night, where if I eat something i don’t get a higher reading in the mornings.
Not scientific because I did take my first reading after a bit of morning exercise...
Makes me wonder if the thing I've got is one of those. it's like a multi-function slow cooker pot type thingy, so it might be time to actually read the instructions for it.
Thanks, I wouldn't have even thought about that.
I love coconut in/on my yoghurt, i tend to toast a bit and throw it on, but will check this link out because I do intend on making some actual coconut yog, yum. thank you.
Sorry to hear of the experience you had, sounds awful - at least my experience it came out as a "joke" although I didn't...
I think if we were all in the same room we would pick up on the tone of replies a lot better too. It’s easy to read things in the frame of mind we are currently in rather than the other persons frame of mind they are currently in.
It’s lovely to have you @Pipp not that i’m hosting in any way...
I took your post as you intended @Annb rather than it’s become hostile.
I really should start making yogurt, can go through buckets of it, a “normal” sized pot of Greek style yoghurt is gone by the next day here!
Mum used to make some years ago in small pots in a little heated contraption...
Yeah, this is the interesting predicament as I mentioned yesterday, you either carry on as the natural way the thread has turned out and label it as such, or spin off a new thread for those only interested in that. Probably too much hard work to spread it out for some people. Given that if...
