Caring for my elderly parents is very demanding/hard work. Mother is very poorly now and going into nursing care now (more than residential care) as Dad and I find she has more challenges than we can cope with now, poor soul. Dad is still in his home and in his 80's and his health issues and stress is making him weak, so he needs more help. I get lots of exercise keeping my own house & garden and helping him keep his home & garden in decent order.
Like reading and joining groups on facebook for low carb recipe swaps, history - especially local history and family history research and frugal living and gardening.
