I am also annoyed by the comments on weight loss. Only a few people asked if I was okay and if the weight loss was intentional or due to ill health. Those who asked either had shared with me their history of an earring disorder or had a medical education.
I use the Nike Running Club app. It’s free. I think that they also have walks. I really like it as it helps me change my internal dialogue when I’m stressed.

I like to boil the bones of roasted chicken in the same way @Munkii does and use the leftover from the chicken that way. Also, I have an air fryer which lets me make great fantastic roasted chicken in just an hour.

I also go for nuts. I had a fatty liver and started eating walnuts intentionally. I still really like them. Also cashews are good when I’m active on the go.
