my HbA1c stays amazingly low , around 24-29 (4.3- 4.8 %) , but my fasting BG is pretty much always in range 6-8 mmol (110-140 mg/dl) unless when i enjoy a nice small bottle of rum which drives my morning after BG below 110. Drives me nuts to have this inconsistency.

yes, it is and very motivating. But the atttached (spin off?) low carb program requires Paypal to enlist. Insane to give a monopoly to 1 company, especially if that company is worldwide criticised for unacceptable customer service. I myself saw all my funds frozen for moving to another country...
