@mo53 you are such a nice person xxx Thank you for your replies, makes me feel better....However, I will have to re-invent myself...Business has gone :-( I would like to let people know that stress can make a difference on BS......I had an issue 2 weeks ago (Which I do not want to write here).......

And to be honest @mo53 you are absolutely right!! My business is going down big time! And I think this is having a big impact on my BS.....Stress!!!!! I maybe financially finished, but not out! Fight back..... is my middle name :-)

Thanks @philchap1 ......Yes low BS is strange ....Sometimes can create a Jekyll and Hyde scenario. Been there so many times like so many others with Diabetes......We are, in some ways, super heroes :-)

Why after losing weight (Quite a lot) from 76kg to 65kg, and controlling my blood sugar ....I am feeling depressed :-( Never felt like this before, and after 47 years!! Of having class 1 diabetes.....What's going on???

Regarding insurance.....I have world cover insurance, never needed a doctors note, never needed to inform the airline.... OMG! If you want to go by the ''step by step'' of what you should do by other peoples advice, then be my guest :-) Just get on the plane, eat the food (Check your BG), and...

Then if you've taken food through security, it means travelling within Europe is accepted. However, try that in the USA, or all the Asian countries, maybe any country out side of the EU..... I have been told by an American friend that they can't even take an apple from New York to Miami...

Hi guys, just to confirm taking food on a plane issue......You can't take food (Meat, Cheese, fruit, even water!) through security (Passport control).....However, buying it in the duty free area is possible.......You could also talk to the stewards on the plane to modify the meals for you...

I kind of understand about cholesterol now...thanks guys!!.....Its like the good cop bad cop scenario.....However, cholesterol results can be deceiving that all cholesterol is bad. That's how the doctors portray it.

Thanks for the reply, and the congrats guys....... The last time I went to the docs was (I think) last May, and everything was bad news :-(....I'm hoping this October (My next appointment) will show vast improvements :-) Fingers crossed! The cholesterol reading worries me though....especially...

Read this article from the BBC....I think I've proved it wrong! http://www.bbc.com/news/health-33905745 I also forgot to mention the amount of full cream I put in my Cauliflower cheese.....More fat! :-) I was always told to try and remove these foods from my diet.....Well, hasn't done me any...
