Thank you for all your reply's. They want me on 2 Metformin and 1 Gliclazide a day until after Easter then a review. Daily diet varies but i usually miss breakfast but if i do i have 2 Weetabix. Lunch a sandwich tuna mayo. Tea varies new potatoes salad or veg with meat and 2 small baguettes.

I have had diabetes type 2 since November 2015. It took a while to sink in and my levels are between 14-28. Im on Metformin and now been prescribed Gliclazide which im anxious about taking as i dont like taking medication.

I have type 2 diabetes and have average levels of between 12-17. I take metformin and they want to start me on insulin of which worries me taking it. I do miss some of my metformin. If i start taking regularly and start a health eating will this lower it.

Hi thank you for your messages, I'm on 2 metformin in the morning and 2 in the evening, The insulin injection 1 in the morning and one in the evening. My glucose is average 14 but did go up to 28.2 on Sunday. I cant do the lchf diet as my cholesterol very high, im unsure about a diet plan never...

Hi i was diagnosed in Nov 2015, i had trouble taking my metformin and now do this, but i've been put on insulin and have a fear of using it.
