    Previously 2000mg Metformin, Trajenta 5mg and was requested to embark on Glicazide (May 2017) Stopped all meds end of July 2017
    Brisk walking 2X 33 minute 2 mile walks per day post meals


    September 2017 HbA1c 41 mmol/mol (5.9%) Weight 12 stone (76.2 Kilos/168 pounds) no longer on meds BP 123/73
    May 2 2017 HbA1c 98 mmol/mol (11.1%) (on all meds) Weight 14 Stone 9 (94.8 Kilos/209 pounds)
    2000 Diagnosed Diabetic Insulin Resistant Treatment (Initially) Diet only
    Diet regime: 6 day LCLF vegan,1 day Salmon Sashimi. Medication regime prior to stopping all meds July 27 '17 :-
    Statins 20mg Altorvastatin Metformin 2x 500 mg twice a day 5 mg of Linagliptin
