    An experienced 111 doctor that I spoke to. About the dizziness said ‘Have you had enough to eat and are you hydrated?’ I don’t think she even asked. In the end she said I will send you for a clinical examination in four weeks, we have left the practice!

    Sometimes, just sometimes, it goes wrong. (Low carb, dining out)

    I was in hospital having had my appendix removed, feeling really rough but I thought I’d better try and eat something - asked for jelly and yoghurt, the jelly was sugar free but the yoghurt was loaded with sugar! Sometimes you just can’t win.
