How do you determine the correct carb levels? Are you aiming for a specific reading and what should this be ?
After 2 weeks of strict no carbs I thought iwould try and see how I react to specific foods I was expecting that buttered toast would result in an increase grease in BG I have been stable at around 6 to 6.5 is there a reason for the Dip see below….
