I have been T2 for 18 months and have been Keto, it changed my blood sugar and i lost weight. Now i need to eat a diabetic diet.

Curious. What would you consider to be a diabetic diet? What’s the reason for wanting to stop the keto diet?

I found the high fat was to much, i wasn't handling it all very well..I wanted more types of fruit and a wider range of foods, not so restrictive...the Diabetic food diet, i mean recipes from this site, there's some good stuff on here to cook.x

I'm pretty straight forward, I love to learn things to do with Cooking Keto style, it had helped with my diabetes and my blood sugar went from so high to normal in 7 months........
