    Sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Please see my last post. I was 32 when diagnosed with diabetes in Dec 2020. I am in remission right now. You can easily reverse your diabetes with diet, exercise, and stress management with 6 to 12 months. Stay positive and you can beat diabetes!

    Update: My A1C results 5.5% (it was 11.7% in early Dec 2020 when I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes). I was on 250 mg of metformin and LCHF diet.

    Try taking Metformin with/after breakfast. My doctor recommended me to take it during my breakfast.

    Thank you. Metformin doesn't sit well in my stomach. It's been 4 weeks but still getting use to it. And its a 250Mg dose per day.

    Thank you. I am 72 kilos and my height is 5.9. I did lose 6 kilos before I was diagnosed. My lifestyle was really bad in the past 9 months due to work from home. I was eating bad, zero physical exercise, and stress due to 12 hour day work. My doctor said I am Type 2.
