Thanks for your reply, I am not slim, I am a size 16 and weigh 14 stone so I do need to lose weight, I forgot to add I have also been given Ozempic injection to take once a week which is supposed to help suppress your apetite and help you lose weight, so I suppose I need to watch this space. Sam
