    Tablets (oral)
    Medication:
    Type 2 and on 500mg metformin twice daily. Newly diagnosed so waiting going to be going to a group session to help me with things soon.
    Exercise:
    Im in a wheelchair but try to stand up on a regular basis and try to walk with a frame when im with a carer. I also have a hand exercise bike to get my arms moving and it also counts as cardio exercise.
