I did the Blood Sugar Diet (keto macros) by Dr Mosley with intermittent fasting 16:8 ratio

Last week Wednesday my fasting mmol was 11.6. After starting Dr Mosley Blood Sugar Diet with intermittent fasting...7 days later this morning it's 5.0 which has never happened even when I was taking metformin. What do I do now to not let it get too low. I'm on no medication at all
