About an hour ago my Dr confirmed I have type 2 diabetes, I have worked really hard over the last few years to lose weight (20kg) and make myself more active (I walk for miles!) I have just turned 50. I have no idea what is what right now, my blood numbers were 8.9 and 56 but don't know as yet...
