Hi I don't think it's a diet. I think it's some plant based shakes alongside your normal meals at set times. Just can't find the darn ingredients etc or I would have at least tried it.

In any case I find staying low gi seems to work well. I am going to try low carb cycling but obviously keep carbs still moderate and nothing starchy to send things soaring on my carb days.
