Salt itself is something we should be trying to minimise regardless of if it affects our blood pressure. Tinned in tomato sauce is also the lowest I've found, possibly spring water lower. Fresh is lowest but stinks cooking. Unless you can cook outside there is no way to fix the strong lingering...
