    There is no definitive answer to this question really. This virus is so new and still needs working out. I work in a and e, and policies and procedures and advice can change completely from morning to afternoon. Keep washing them hands and keep your distance! Stay safe!

    I find on this forum at times it can be a bit doom and gloom. When i was diagnosed, it spurred me on to be smarter about lifestyle choices ect. Anyone else find it a kick up the **** to sort yourselves out? I think i did.

    Beyond exhausted :(

    I was diagnosed with sleep apnoea, and currently use a cpap machine, life changing! Coupled now with exercise and eating better, I've never had so much energy! Worth getting checked out for it. Takes a bit to get used to, but you soon take it to it! Keep us posted! Sent from the Diabetes...

    I also have curbed drinking which has helped alot. Like everything, once you tale healthy options, things seem to sort themselves out. Don't get stressed over the protien. Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
