About
- Gender:
- Female
- Occupation:
- videographer
- Type of diabetes:
- Prediabetes
- Treatment type:
- Diet only
- Medication:
- None as yet but have been offered metformin and statins. Hoping to avoid medication by diet and exercise. Definitley want to avoid statins having read about their side effects and that they can increase likelihood of getting diabetes (so why do NHS try to give them to pre-diabetics? - seems like madness!)
- Exercise:
- Trying for at least 20 mins twice a day of walking or other exercise
