    8.2 and I don't know why, apart from a small pot of Activia yoghurt just before I went to bed?

    6.7@ 4.30am and 7.4 @ 7.45am (14.5 when I went to bed @9.30pm)...............no side effects yet from Ozempic, but it's only been one tiny dose so far.

    6.2 when I got up for the loo at 4am.............and 7.8 at 8am :). Starting Ozempic today too, so will see what difference it makes
