aye keep yer chin up m8 am in a bad way aswell bc off my diabetes ave had a few really sore days with lots of breaking down etc crying am trying tae look tae the future and hope for the love of god everything works out :)
hi stod m8 i would go and see your gp and say that you could have some nuropathic pain or slight nerve damage hope everything works out for you and don,t be afraid too post on this fine forum :D
i always have my long lasting lantus on my computer desk and a sticker with 9 pm on my computer b4 i did this i frogot twice in 1 week and felt like poo :lol:
getting your family and friends involved quickly, watching for the signs, acting fast as it took me 2 yrs too finaaly go to the doctors after my body gave up the ghost :shock:
tbh i think its the amitriptyline that is causing this 1 doctor says they are fine for nerve damage where another says no way i am now thinking they are making this worse
the diabetic doctor has put me on a vitamin B compound (iron deficiency ) but when i think back i believe it has gotten...
my blood level is still high as i am still adjusting being a diabetic today i have a average of under 8mmol but my control is much better during the week any thing between 5mmol and 8mmol as its only been 5 weeks since i first got told i was type 1

the doctors say that it will take months to reverse the damage but i am struggling daily with the pains as for the pain in general its like a throbbing pain that is constantly there...
