My daily pin prick in the morning has been going up and up these past few days. Until finally this morning it was 14.3 I’m really worried and I don’t feel 100%. Any ideas and how can I bring it down?

Mine was 9.5 and it’s isn’t going down and I fasted most of yesterday and I hadn’t eaten since 2pm yesterday until 8am today

Went for blood yesterday and got a message today saying my cardiovascular risk score is 24.14% what on Earth are they talking about. Apparently I’m at a greater risk of strokes, heart attacks etc. however no word in my actual results HDL or LDL. I feel I’ve got half the story !!!!!

I’m going for my bloods in Monday, but was surprised to be told fasting bloods have been done away with. Only normal bloods from now on. Has anyone else been told this???

I had a steroid injection in my knee on Friday and since then my blood readings have really spiked. It did say this might happen on the bumph I got with it, but I’m a little concerned as I’ve worked really hard to control it, and now this. It doesn’t say how long it will last. Any ideas please?

Fasting blood this morning 9.2 highest it’s ever been. I should add I’m quite immobile due to 3 bulging spinal discs and cruciate ligament in knee injury. Help appreciated
