    107.5kg/34.7 - July 2019, 96.5kg/31.1 September 2019, 88.8kg/28.1 October 2019 (No longer obese!), 84.9/27.4 November 2019 - 81.9/26.6, December 2019 79.9/25.7, January 2020 77.3KG/24.9 (healthy BMI!!). February 76.9kg/24.8 BMI
    1000mg Metformin in the morning (i will drop this shortly but i thin it helps appetite!) , exercise and diet (Currently reduced calories + cut out all simple carbs but allow some complex carbs in smaller portions)
