Just wondering if there is a limit to how long the test strips remain viable once the seal on the container has been broken

I finally found wholegrain bread in asda as opposed to wholemeal but I noticed that it is malted ... does this mean some sort of sugar?

I have bought a new meter and when I put a sample of blood on the test strip it lets out a long beep and apparently switches itself off :x

I'm really sorry to hear that AC but if you've had 3 laser sessions on the right eye already and still have no errors with it then surely you have to be positive about another one?

I know that's the pity they can't just laser the bad bits but have to change the whole retina. Still you and a few others have said that you didn't really notice much difference in your vision after the lasering so I suppose that is good to hear I don't mind the retina not speaking I just...

I do the checking things behind the counters in shops to see if my eyesight is getting worse too ... it does make you paranoid :sick:. I'm not sure about your intermittent visual problem ... from what has been said to me by the doctors I believe that the eyes are bad for these sorts of things...
