Certainly. I fly to Newcastle every 6 months and get a scan and new mask from an optician there. It costs £250 for 3 months. I get 6 months per time. If you look on the website you will see a list of approved opticians . They also do a mobile service I believe. The company is called Polyphotonix.

Had an ultrascan this morning, doctor said its "just a bleed", but she was very happy that I came in. Onwards and upwards.

I have had blood pressure issues which didn't help, but I am now addressing.

I am due back in on 13th of next month to out patients, and I will ask the consultant then. He is very good.

Thanks for those replies. The reason why I am asking is that usually anytime I go to emergency they give me an outpatients appointment for in a month, however I already have one mid August ?
