Hi all, I'm going through a prolonged period of quite bad acne on my face. My BG control was not so good for about 3 months but is now back to normal due to a change in my insulin regime. I was wondering if there was any relationship between fluctuating BG levels i.e. going from high BG levels...

well decided against the old lightening connector - not cost effective for me. decided to go for the new iPhone PancriRepApp which actually replaces the work your pancreas does (or in most cases, doesn't) do. It's only £2.99 - bargain i would say.

hi all. i was just wondering what somebody does when nothing actually works to reduce BG levels? Is there a way to just kill yourself with all the insulin that you get given by the NHS? I wonder if that's what they're aiming at as they give me a shed load of it haha. Perhaps the new NHS...

Hi, do you have an iPhone 4 or 5? I have a 5s but I'm not sure if ibg star do the attachments for the 5s. I also read that there's some sort of adapter - do you know anything about this? Many thanks.

Hi and thanks for your reply. As mentioned earlier, my DSN seems to think that the issue is with the 70% slow-release side of this insulin. So if you're taking high doses of it, it won't just impact on short-relaease but also have a longer impact which could cause hypos - in my case, I appear...
