    My hubby often does quorn chicken topped with pesto and backed with lemon which is lovely. Alternatively a large field mushroom with pesto filling, peppers cherry tomato and topped with mozzarella before oven baking also delicious

    If you don't like the texture you could blitz them down before adding to most dishes so you wouldn't notice them. In terms of flavour frying them with thyme smells and tastes delicious but won't help you with any texture issues. Might enhance your pate though

    I need chocolate

    Would hot chocolate hit the spot, the low cal versions aren't too bad. Alternatively you could blitz cocoa powder with cream and a few berries to make a friendlier smoothie/ milkshake. I didn't think I liked dark chocolate until this year but really enjoy it (in moderation) now. Good luck
