    (what's BB code?)
Iron will and determination helped me lose 2 and a half stone; weight loss now plateaued, so feeling grumpy about it. I consume 1,000 to 1,200 cals per day. and about 100 gr of carbs. I miss fruit; I love fruit. And fish.
I have atrial fibrillation, clinical depression, low thyroid, and a drawer full of pills to deal with it all. I also had ME for some years which annoyed me no end.
Currently I am cheerful and busy; i sleep well at night and a couple of hours in the afternoon. I am long suffering and generous, kind and helpful, and snotty when it all gets too much. I love Hetty (my cat) but she doesn't particularly love me. I have been married for 50 years, and deserve a medal. We have lived in the same cottage for 50 years, and we like it well enough. We are stuck in Norfolk, and i would rather be in Yorkshire where i was raised. Any questions?
