    After 16 yrs diabetic 2 Ive just been told chlorestrol is 10 Ive been told to cut sugar and follow BHF info If I have a salad thats all of my 5 a day so can,t have fruit or veg for dinner or 5 veg in soup/stew likewise. Is this right Im confused.
