As a life long hay fever sufferer the most effective anti-histamine I have ever used is Acrivistane. It used to only be available on prescription but is now sold as Benadryl. Be careful though to not buy the One a Day Benadryl as that contains a different anti-histamine. Acrivistane can be taken...
My lunches on the go consist of a Pepperami, hard boiled egg (M&S and others sell them in little pots) and a baby bel. I'd have thought if you'd had a good breakfast that would keep you going until dinner (steak and veg should be easy to find in most hotel restaurants)
Thank you @bulkbiker I am going to give it a go. I actually find it very easy to miss lunch and dinner so will probably go with just eating dinner to start with and then progress onto whole days.
I'm doing LCHF and have got my levels down from 12/13 to mainly 6's.
I'd like to add in fasting to further improve things and to help my weight loss but I find that my levels rise into the high 7's or even 8's if I miss meals.
Would fasting not be a good idea in my case or is this something...

However the problem with eating fat with carbs is it makes it so much easier to overeat. Who wants to eat plain carbs but add fat to them they become so much more palatable and the converse is true - not many people will dip into chunks of butter on their own but spread on...
You've hit the nail on the head. It's not about bread itself it's what you put on it. I like a little bread with my butter! Can't quite bring myself to eat butter of the spoon!
As a person who loves bread being able to have the occasional Lidl HP roll stops me completely falling of the low carb wagon and sinking my teeth into an entire French baguette spread with half a pound of butter!
