I had to stop taking Metformin/Sukkarto as I couldn’t tolerate the medication at all. Alogliptin 25mg suits me very well with no side effects.

H Hi, I’ve recently been prescribed canagliflozin and the one thing both my GP and pharmacist stressed was that it’s important to drink lots of fluid. I manage 2+ litres per day and have no side effects at all.

I’m actually doing the Jason Vale 28 Day Juice Plan atm but as I’m not happy to remove all the fibre I’m blending the ingredients to for more of a smoothie than juice. I do add more water. How did you get on with the plan?
