Hi, I managed to get my A1c figure today, 9.7, I think it too high blood samples was taken today for lipids and cholesterol

Thanks everyone for your contribution and advice, I do have access to online services but there it states "above high level", The call handler can see the figure but could not tell that to me saying that she is not medically trained, I am guessing that it is too high. Thank you
