If you are impatient to find out your result sooner, then ask your GP practice to arrange access to your results. This should be available to all UK patients.I called the clinic to find out the exact figure but she said that she is not allowed to disclose it to me,
She stated that the nurse will discuss that with me in my next appointment in August the 2nd,
Mine took about 3 weeks too. It was worth it thoughIt took about 3 weeks to be set up when I asked to get my results online. No idea if that was just our surgery, or what normally happens.
I use NHS App to access my GP records and this has separate sections for my test results. Once these have been loaded I can see the exact metrics and visual representation of my results against target ranges. It also allows me to see full history of specific tests over time. See attached screenshots. I know you can use other, similar apps, to access your GP records, but I'm not sure what level of access these provide. Thanks everyone for your contribution and advice,
I do have access to online services but there it states "above high level",
The call handler can see the figure but could not tell that to me saying that she is not medically trained,
I am guessing that it is too high.
Thank you
