    Will I need insulin eventually?

Because I have a severe eating disorder for 20 years and it’s unlikely I will ever recover but I want to keep trying and hope it will go into remission at some point. Ta important I eat a varied diet from this perspective. I’d rather deal with insulin than an ed

    Will I need insulin eventually?

On Semaglutide and blood sugars very well controlled on it. Can’t see me being able to come off it due to not changing to low carb diet. Try to exercise as much as possible. And healthy weight. I’ve read most diabetics will need insulin after 10/15 years. Is this true?

    Does Ozempic permanently reduce a1c?

    What to expect?

It was 7 at midnight last night when I hadn’t eaten since 7pm. I’m going a bit crazy monitoring my blood sugar on libre. Basically I won’t to be done with diabetes and come off the Semaglutide. I’ve lost almost 5 stone in weight and I’m ready to put the 2 years since diagnosis behind me.

    What to expect?

Looking at libre my levels spike up and down throughout the day and night. They never go beyond 8/9 but they are still going up and down. Is this normal? I’m hoping to come off Semaglutide soon.

    Keep getting spikes

They look significant spikes on the libre. I eat carbs but not a huge amount but there’s still big spikes after eating. Does this mean my diabetes is not well controlled? Thanks
