- multivitamin, omega 3 and calcium carbonate
- Exercise:
- I am trying to run everyday for one hour at least. Soon, I will be put on swimming programme 3 times per week along with running and continuing to play tennis with friends on Sunday whenever anyone's free. Its the only way to keep me more alive!
