Secondly, wayyyyyy too many carbs sweetie, rice, bread, pastry, chocolate. Killer combo babe. Time to cut the carbs drastically, its hard to start with, I'm doing it atm but it can be done.

Yup you are right, I looked at my carbs and I average nearer 75 to 80g a day. I count total carbs only, anything else would lead to implosion I think.
