    I cannot exercise very much as I also suffer from a Spinal Stenosis.

    Camping, music (most types), DIY, Painting Landscapes, Gardening (within limits).
    Dislikes:
    Being bossed about by my wife (she who will be obeyed)
    Not a lot to say really.
    Ex business owner fighting to remain active.
    I am 75 years of age and a fairly gregarious sort of chap.
    The acceptance of gradually getting much older does not appeal to me.
