Thanks Bubbsie, going to try the same meal plan today but without the alcohol free wine and swap the times I eat my grapes and almonds - good news is I've now lost 8lb in total even if it's been a bit up and down! [emoji16]
Disappointed in an 8 this morning as I was good yesterday and followed the low carb plan but I'll measure it a little later, before breakfast, and see what it's gone down to. Only thing I can think of is I had grapes and a glass of alcohol free wine after dinner, within my plan though and over...
I've not posted for a few days, eating went a bit mad and blood sugar yesterday was 8.3! However, I've prepared and planned for this week so it will be better. Found I need to both plan what I'm eating AND prepare food in advance or I fail with eating. It's all good learning :-)
@Granny_grump hugs and glad it's treatable x
@Bubbsie hope your inr is in the right range x
Me - 7.6 this morning but pizza and biscuits did that but I plead mitigating circumstances - I'm 53 and still having 'that time of the month'! [emoji23]
Mine was 7.3 this morning but I had lots of sugary things yesterday evening so my own fault - once I started I couldn't stop but back on it today.
Hope all those struggling with their numbers or other health worries are all getting better - even if it's slowly.
Good luck K with your test...
Thanks. I did contact via the contact button on the web page so hopefully will be picked up tomorrow. If not, I'll ring or email with details.
Thanks again
I've got my testing kit which I got via the DUK low carb programme, which is great, however they've taken 2 payments of £99.97 instead of just the one! Has anyone else had problems with them and does anyone have a phone number for them as the only contact option for them is via the web page! ☹
